Kirk Fauser is an Associate at Legal Scale, where his practice focuses on the representation of venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, private debt funds, asset managers and other investors, and corporate borrowers in connections with a wide array of financing transactions. He also assists with general corporate work for his clients.

Kirk was previously an associate in the Business Law Department at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on the representation of venture capital firms, emerging-growth companies, investment banks and later-stage and public companies in financing and other transactions, and the corporate group at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, concentrating on the representation of investment banks and other financial institutions in leveraged finance and capital markets transactions. Before joining Legal Scale, Kirk worked at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles that specializes in representing talent in connection with entertainment and media deals.

Kirk holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. degree in English from Trinity College. During his time at Cardozo, Kirk participated in a semester-long fellowship as a junior clerk for a Federal Judge in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. He is admitted to the bars in New York and California and is currently based in Los Angeles.
