Ehud (Udi) Ben Ari co-leads the Corporate Advisory, M&A, and Venture Capital practice at Legal Scale. Udi represents venture capital funds, growth equity firms, family offices, angel investors, and emerging growth companies in transactions such as investment rounds, portfolio company transactions, and strategic investments. Additionally, Udi serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international entrepreneurs and corporations, advising on corporate governance, employment matters, equity incentives, commercial contracts, legal disputes, financings, and securities law compliance. Udi also advises buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, collaborating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with international and U.S. regulatory requirements. Furthermore, he works closely with corporate leadership and strategic stakeholders to align legal strategies with overarching business objectives, advising on optimal corporate structures and ensuring subsidiary compliance within larger organizational frameworks.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Udi gained valuable experience as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, Foley Hoag LLP, and Meitar Law Offices. He earned his LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law and is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and Israel.
