Bryce Morrison advises closely held businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions with an integrated tax perspective. For more than two decades, he has guided clients through every stage of the business lifecycle — from entity formation and corporate structuring to cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
He has negotiated and closed many purchase and sale transactions across industries, structured and implemented financing arrangements for a variety of projects, and developed and deployed advanced tax strategies to achieve tax-efficient results aligned with client goals.
Bryce also mentors emerging attorneys and contributes to the broader legal community, reflecting his belief that knowledge-sharing strengthens both client service and the profession. He earned an LL.M. in U.S. Taxation from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M. in Canadian Taxation from York University, and holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine, and in Nova Scotia (inactive).
