Danny Stemp is an associate at Legal Scale. He represents various credit providers, including private debt funds, asset managers and other investors, and corporate borrowers in connections with a wide array of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings and factoring financings, and other secured and unsecured financings. He also assists with general corporate work for his clients.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Danny worked at some of the top law firms in New York, including Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP and, most recently, Proskauer Rose LLP. Danny has spent his career representing commercial and investment banks, private credit funds, sovereign wealth funds and other investors as well as private and public companies in a variety of complex financing transactions.

Danny received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. in Psychology from Yeshiva University. He is admitted to the bar in New York.
