Tiffany Lemke is a Paralegal at Legal Scale. In her role, she is primarily tasked with supporting Legal Scale’s attorneys in a wide array of corporate undertakings. These encompass a range of areas such as financings, private security offerings, mergers and acquisitions, security filings, as well as general corporate matters. Additionally, she assists with the overall operational aspects of Legal Scale.

Before joining the Legal Scale team, Tiffany worked as a paralegal for a transactional law firm that specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public and private security offerings, and securities reporting and compliance. Prior to that position, she worked as an accountant for the State of Nebraska.

Tiffany received her M.A. in Management from Doane University and her B.S. in Accounting from Doane College. Tiffany is based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.
