$15 Million Incremental Amendment for Emerging CPG Company

Legal Scale represented a private credit fund in connection with the upsize of an existing senior secured credit facility for an emerging consumer packaged goods company. The upsize increased the facility to $8m of committed availability with an additional $7m of additional incremental capacity.
