Ifrah Qadir is an Associate at Legal Scale LLP, where she focuses her practice on general corporate advisory work.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Ifrah was a Scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she gained experience in securities regulation and compliance. During law school, she served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association and as an Acquisition Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also practiced as a student attorney in both the Transnational Disputes Clinic and the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Clinic.

Ifrah earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Stockton University. She is pending admission to the New York Bar.
