Jeremy Levesque is an associate at Legal Scale. He represents various credit providers and corporate borrowers in a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border commercial finance transactions, including single-lender and syndicated secured credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financing, and private equity financing arrangements across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Jeremy was an associate in the Transactional Finance group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Jeremy received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from Boston College. He is admitted to the bar in New York, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts.
