Denise Ogando is the Chief of Staff at Legal Scale. In her role, she partners closely with the firm’s Managing Partners to support scalable growth, optimize operational workflows, enhance financial visibility, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, HR, IT, and business development. She is known for her strategic mindset, operational rigor, and calm, solutions-oriented leadership style.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Denise held senior leadership roles at Endeavor, where she spent over 15 years supporting executive leadership and managing complex global operations. She oversaw a $35M+ global operating budget, led full-cycle accounting functions, and partnered with senior executives on strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization. Her experience includes accounts receivable and payable, compensation and performance reporting, procurement and vendor strategy, audit and compliance oversight, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Denise also brings technology enablement experience from her work within an IT Shared Services organization, supporting enterprise system implementations, software lifecycle management, and remote-first operational infrastructure.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Monroe College and a Certificate in Financial Planning from NYU School of Professional Studies. She is based in New York, NY.
