Stephen Magee is an associate at Legal Scale. Steve represents credit providers and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including working capital, asset-based, leveraged acquisition, and other secured and unsecured financings.

Prior to joining Legal Scale, Steve worked in the Transactional Finance group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He has also served as Vice President and in-house counsel at a leading Boston-based commercial bank.

Steve received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was a writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest and earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). He is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts.
