Tara Brown is a Paralegal at Legal Scale. In her role, she is primarily tasked with supporting Legal Scale’s attorneys in a wide array of corporate undertakings. These encompass a range of areas such as financings, private security offerings, mergers and acquisitions, security filings, as well as general corporate matters. Additionally, she assists with the overall operational aspects of Legal Scale.
Prior to joining the Legal Scale team, Tara worked as a Paralegal and Executive Legal Assistant in both law firms and corporate legal departments, where she provided comprehensive support in areas such as entity administration, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and structured finance transactions.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CUNY Baruch College and is based out of Long Island, New York.
